  1. Many years ago I was involved in cold calling. However, as I listened to Chris and Wes dialogue in this video, it helps me to have a better understanding as to how cold calling should be structured. It was not a “pushy presentation” with the intention to sell a product on the spot. Rather, relevant informations were given in the form of dialogue with the potential customer so that he may be able to make meaningful decision . Moreover, the potential customer’s roll in the conversation was a part of the decision making process.
